1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NOMAZRA application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Kelthos Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

NOMAZRA is an AI-powered legal information and guidance application that provides:

• Text-based legal Q&A with AI-generated responses citing real statutes.
• Voice input and in-app voice call with an AI legal advisor.
• Document upload and AI-powered analysis of legal documents.
• Know Your Rights reference cards for common legal situations.
• Legal glossary with 5,000+ terms.
• Statute of limitations checker and legal cost estimator.
• Coverage across 140+ country jurisdictions.

3. Legal Disclaimer

No attorney-client relationship is formed by using NOMAZRA. No attorney-client privilege applies to communications within the App. The Company is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated legal information.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

NOMAZRA offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited queries and features at no cost.
• Plus ($9.99/month): Extended queries, voice input, multi-country access.
• Premium ($19.99/month): Unlimited queries, in-app call, all countries, priority processing.
• Professional ($49.99/month): Team accounts, API access, custom databases, bulk analysis.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use NOMAZRA for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model or proprietary algorithms.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to NOMAZRA without authorization.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Abuse the service intentionally to generate misleading or harmful legal advice to distribute to others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, databases, and branding within NOMAZRA are the intellectual property of Kelthos Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

AI-generated responses provided to you may be used for your personal legal research. You retain ownership of any documents you upload.

8. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated based on legal databases and may include statute citations.
• AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• AI responses should be verified independently before being relied upon for legal decisions.
• We continuously improve our AI but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of any specific response.
• Past AI responses may not reflect current law if statutes have been amended.

9. Document Upload

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document.
• Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information of third parties without their consent.
• Uploaded documents are processed for AI analysis and stored according to our Privacy Policy.
• We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of uploaded documents. Maintain your own copies.

10. Voice Call Service

The in-app voice call feature allows voice conversations with an AI legal advisor. By using this feature:

• You consent to the recording and transcription of voice calls for providing the service.
• Raw audio is deleted after transcription; transcripts are retained per your plan's data retention policy.
• You acknowledge that the voice AI is not a human attorney.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelthos Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the App or by visiting nomazra.kelthos.com/delete-account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice when possible.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
