Delete Your Account
We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains what happens when you delete your NOMAZRA account and how to do it.
This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This includes your conversation history, uploaded documents, bookmarks, reminders, and all personal information. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All conversation history and AI chat messages
- All uploaded documents and analysis results
- Voice call transcripts and session records
- Bookmarks, reminders, and saved notes
- Know Your Rights card preferences
- Usage statistics and feedback
- Active subscription (cancelled immediately)
Data deletion is processed within 48 hours. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete from Within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open NOMAZRA on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right).
- Scroll down and tap "Account."
- Tap "Delete Account."
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm.

Delete via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address associated with your account:
- Send an email to support@kelthos.com.
- Use the subject line: "NOMAZRA Account Deletion Request."
- Include the email address associated with your NOMAZRA account.
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Downgrade to Free: Cancel your subscription but keep your account.
- Clear History: Delete specific conversations without deleting your account.
- Contact Support: If you're experiencing issues, we may be able to help resolve them.
